India

Chaotic, wild, untamed. I've visited a fair share of countries in my life, but India is the first one giving me a culture shock. Nothing can prepare you for the intensity and in-your-face diversity of India, and all your senses are guaranteed to be stimulated in one way or the other. Nothing comes in moderate quantities in India. There are too many people, too much traffic, poverty, noise, pollution, smells, rubbish, filth, animals and if you're able to leave the country without getting sick or ripped off, it's pretty much a modern day miracle. That being said, India's also home to gorgeous landscapes and nature, warm and friendly people, and the most beautiful thing I've ever laid my eyes on; the Taj Mahal.
